Lord Baltimore Fire Extinguisher Service was acquired by family owned Termac Corporation based in Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley, PA. Termac Corporation has been serving the cleaning and sanitation needs of the hospitality industry for more than 55 years.

Lord Baltimore Fire Extinguisher Service will join Termac Corporation’s other family of companies that include The Filter Man, G.T.O. Grease Trap Services, Universal Fire Protection and AllPro Stainless Steel and Metal Fabrication.

The acquirement will broaden Universal Fire Protection’s service area from Northern New Jersey to Northern Virginia and provide capabilities that range from inspections to servicing fire extinguishers to designing an entire suppression system to a customer’s particular needs. Other services include exit/emergency lighting, industrial paint booth systems, speciality suppression systems and training.
